Our company was established in 1999.  This started with historic tours of the island:-

Your tour will allow you to experience our history, learn about our culture and taste our native dishes.

DINING
North Eleuthera Craft and Snack provides you with the best in dining.
Our favourite native dishes for breakfast are boiled or stewed fish, stew conch, chicken souse all served with Johnny cake or yellow or white grits.
Lunch specials are served every day except Saturdays which can include crack conch, baked chicken (Bahamian style), steamed fresh pork, grouper fingers, pork chop, meat loaf, curry chicken, lamb chop, peas and rice, sweet plantains and coleslaw. 
We specialize in a variety of burgers such as cheeseburgers, hamburgers, conch burgers, grouper burgers, chicken burgers, turkey burgers
Appetizers include conch fritters, conch salad, and fried chicken wings.
Special treats include homemade bread, pineapple and coconut tarts, banana bread, pumpkin bread, peanut brittle and cakes.

ACCOMODATION

Our home becomes your home - Town house with three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, living and dining areas.  Other amenities include cable television, internet service, central air condition, washer and dryer.  Maid service available upon request.
